Like seriously, purging is a terrible idea, you get diplomatic penalties, you lose pops, and you waste time. purging isnt even the only xenophobe option, you can also enslave people, which is better, has no diplomatic penalties, and allows you to keep pops, but no, purge them because of some stupid meme. it doesnt make sense utilitarian or ethically, but we need to make the stupid goddamn joke again, so purge!!!1! Im so funny!!1!
