Crypt of the Necrodancer is a strong contender for being my favorite game of all time. With a soundtrack that's easily my favorite with only a select few forgetable tracks and some of the most enjoyable and revistable gameplay I have ever experienced. This game of course, is not for everyone and has glaring flaws in its underwhelming story and unforgivably difficult nature that acts as a sort of "Trial by Fire." If you can have patience for it, this game can become one of the most satisfying games to master, but depending on the person and the degree of mastery it can take anywhere from 50 to a few hundred hours. Despite this large learning curve, any one session can last be a short as fifteen minutes.
