I don’t regret parting ways. I did it because I realized that being in contact with you wasn’t a good thing for either of us anymore. All I did was lash out at you in the end constantly because I was so hurt and angry with you for betraying me and my trust. I became a terrible friend to you because of it. I realized then that I was losing myself in my feelings and had to do something. Parting ways was one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do. It didn’t work as well as I hoped initially. But despite that, it was for the best for both of us in the end.

I believe going forward we will both be happier, but I do regret the way that I was treating you and wish that I had handled things better then I had. At the time I just wanted to make you feel the way you made me feel, and I was stupidly stubborn about doing it. That was very wrong of me and only now do I truly realize it. I am very sorry for that, all of it. I know you hate me now, and that’s okay. You are well within your right. But I wanted you to know how I feel regardless and that I learned from this experience. I will not make the same mistakes again, with anyone else. Still, I am forever sorry for my short comings, especially letting you down as a friend, I hope one day you might forgive me, but I understand if that day never comes. Regardless of how you feel now, I truly hope that you will have a happy life.
