I can tell you, this is the most realistic hospital simulation on the market for now, waiting for Project hospital 2, or another hospital sim game to come out because this game have soo many restriction for "sandbox lover"
I recommended it just because no similar game with better realistic feature exist

Cons:
- Small Map, so many player want to make their real life hospital from their workplace but this game map is limited to 96x96 tiles, so annoying, and limiting creativity (and we dont care about the efficiency!)
- You cant change ambulance parking, because its been a default from the map, you only can make "fake parking with no function at all"
- a lot of bugs
- Only a few departement (No pediatric / ob/gyn departement even its a major dept in real life)
- some diseases have some strange diagnostic pathway or treatment, but still tolerable for a game

Why is it so hard to fight the odd? the combat mechanic especially when you are outnumbered? so many stealth mission, too much driven by scene and story, its not for me who love freedom, better play skyrim

After playing for couple of hours, and for me who play so many hours in operworld survival game like ARK survival, i can tell the good and the bad about this game, i knew this game still in early access, so here what i thought about this game

Pros:
-an Open World game with beautiful graphic, with base building feature and pals spawning point all over the map, with game size only 20 gb, this is game is optimized well (you can compare with ARK the base game is already 200gb up to 500gb with DLCs or with RUST)
-The map is huge
-You can tame (capture) and breed PALS, 100 species of pals and may increasing with newer update
-So many QOL Feature including passive crafting and mining with PALS as labor
-You can get anywhere fast because there are so many travel point, you can even travel to/from your base, you dont need to take so many time traveling, except for the first time (u need to unlock the fast travel point first)

Cons:
-Pals pathfinding sometime suck, especially inside the building ( need to make 2 wall high per level, for multilevel building so pals can pathfinding easily. (because the base area is small i need to make multilevel building as the level goes higher you need to make more building for new item, you can outsmart this by building another base and making special purpose base,) (like base for mining,farming,, or base for crafting/factory)
-expect so many bug for an early access game, (like pals working downstair but their work bench in 2nd level building/ or pals getting stuck on newly spawn metal ore etc)
-No work priorities feature setting in base for PALS with multiple skill, they work randomly (except i saw building is the highest priority above all), Pals is prefer to work in logging spot/pit stone than mining natural ores/trees)
-As a player who love base building, the Building mechanic in this game is frustating, especially when building roof and stairs
-The base area is too small, and didnt increase as the base level increase, hope they will do something about this, you can make multiple base though, up to 3. This can be problem for server with so many player, as there is limited flat area on the map
-Official server so bad, cant even log in so i play single player or host for coop with friend instead,

Overall this game is good already, and worth the price, but yeah the pals pathfinding and work priorities is what i hate the most

Okay at this rate i can said the game is playable now, but still cant recommend at current prices with the current performances and content, its not worth it

good game though, with improved features and complexities on vanilla, for example, the 4 season on every map, improved vehicle AI, road accident, road editting is more easier, and many more
What dissapointing is they didnt use steam workshop, but using paradox's instead
also the bug, a lot of bugs, and dont forget random game crash, so dont forget to check the autosave feature on!

For now the content is a bit lacking, and detailing feature is very limited, even there is no animation for people who use the park/sport field, its small but very annoying especially for OCD people!

The developer is active and try hard to fixing the game though

This game look so promising
but for now the game is looked too shallow
There are 2 major things to consider
1. Resources: getting run out so quickly, i hope there is setting to change the resources to the desired amount or unlimited setting for sandbox gamer, or maybe deep mining resources?
2. Transportation: consider adding flying cargo (?) we are about to terraform a planet i think such technology need to be exist, (adding road and trail will be more frustating when there are a lot of resources to transport as the game develop) and more upgrade for depot (faster and bigger covering)

i will wait for the future update
keep up for the good work dev
