A short summary of the 'great' experience that is CS: GO
Trying to win just one competetive match on Facade, I came across the following in just 5 consecutive games:

Game 1:
1 on our side leaves, no reason given, no communication occured before or afterwards

Game 2:
- very obivous WH

Game 3:
- 2 on our side leave after round 3 for no reason, no communication occured before or afterwards

Game 4:
- 1 on our side leaves at the end of warmup, match doesn't even start

Game 5:
- 1 on our side leaves, enemies claim to be smurfs, 2 guys on our side suddenly don't want to try anymore although we manage to hold 6 - 6, try to surrender vote. After that fails they troll and turn the game into a casual knifing fest, complain and swear at everyone who wants to play normally. Enemies also swear wildly.

What the heck is wrong with those people?

There should be MUCH harsher punishment for those, e.g. not only locking them out of matchmaking for some time or even permanently but locking down their entire Steam account for the same duration for such behaviour - and of course all accounts associated with them, such that the same person cannot simply move on to their eleventh or twelth troll-account.

All I see is "welp, 30 minutes matchmaking cooldown" which is very frustrating and by no means helps an open beta/early access game* like CS: GO.

*Although the words "open beta/early access" are not on the store page, they very well should be - there is so much broken that it simply cannot pass a finished product in its own right, so as I see it, we have a very broken early build of a box-standard mediocre free-to-play FPS, where you pay for your ability to gain some money from it once in a while, basically.
