This is a must play if you like action games, Rockstar games, and/ or shooting games. This game was years ahead of it's time and has aged like a fine bottle of antique wine wrapped in vintage Levi's denim. Excellent gunplay, reactive ragdolls, slowmotion diving, a relatively simple yet compelling story, and corny one liners from our drunk, depressed protagonist. This game is pretty ugly but I think it plays to the strength of the story really well. There is some frankly ♥♥♥♥ voice acting here and there but is easily ignored. The only issue this game really has is the replayability. After beating it you want to replay it but the game is littered with unskippable cutscenes, which really bog the pace down after the first playthrough. This is a very charming and special game, and I doubt we will ever see another one quite like it.

do NOT purchase this game. the people who are developing this do no care about how good their game is. The game had dlc skins the instant it went into beta !! They literally just want your money and want to cash in on your love for Paragon. Looks, runs, and feels like a mobile game. I wouldn't even mind if the game wasn't $20, and since the game is $20 you should at least get to play all the damn characters. However you have to sink countless hours in or spend even more money just to play more than 6 characters. Game should be a full game before you start selling cosmetics. They are clearly just worried about getting as much money as possible and then leaving. This game has no love or passion put into it. This is a damn shame.
