This is a good game. Ok, it more of a interactive movie sort of game but it's still a game.

Some say it's a game of unused opportunities and they are right. This game should have been at least 15-20 hours long yet we got only about 5 hours. Granted you never used sprint button, a feature literally made to make you finish the game faster. We have a lot of interactive objects and lots of cache boxes which we barely use. Areas are too empty and lack of wildlife is disturbing. But unfortunately nearly all bad sides of this game exist solely because of a budget constrains.

But in this 5 hours you will become a part of a great little story about a simple man and a woman who are hiding from or battle their demons while keeping (unsuccessfully mind you) Wyoming from forest fires. It's presented to you through the brilliant voices of Henry (Rich Sommer) and Delilah (Cissy Jones). Their voice acting is amazingly fluid, natural and organic. Sometimes you actually feel like a part of their conversation but at the same time as a amazed listener. It would've made a great radio show, just this two talking.

Overall story is solid up until the end. The ending certainly is anticlimactic but at the same time it fits the story, developers wanted to tell us. Much like our heroes we've been tricked into thinking some events have more meaning than they really do. Maybe we should take a step back and take this piece of art for what it really is.

Pros:
- Voice acting
- Unity engine never looked better and more stylish.
- Music
- Dialogues

Cons:
- Short gameplay time (due budget)
- Underdeveloped characters (we have very little idea about who this people were before)
- Lack of interaction and actual gameplay (due budget)

Overall: 7.5/10
Solid, beautifully crafted work.

Shameless copy/paste of Mirrors Edge and Far Cry 3. From charecter movment ot level and misson design. But it works all the way through. Good job.

Pros:
1) Beautiful graphics and design. Has a good feel of high school drama/coming of age story we've seen many times yet looks quite original.
2) Cool and very soothing indie/ambient soundtrack which serves as good addition to the visuals.
3) Characters are not original but could be very interesting. I guess we have to wait and see for a couple of episodes if that is true. Max/Chloe duo potentially looking very strong.
4) Lots of points of interest. They are not so easy to find and require from the players to not respect privacy of characters at all, so I missed quite a few of them but it makes the replayability that much higher.
5) Time-bending engine is very neat and easy to use.

Cons:
1) Story has a good head start and you might anticipate it to be quite intense yet it goes into complete stop right in the middle of the episode. Appearance of Chloe saves the day but not quite so. No there near The Walking Dead level of intensity and character development. But we got to wait for at least March to make sure.
2) Camera angles are dreadful and sometimes they make it very hard to actually find clues.
3) Overall experience is not very cinematic. You don't feel like its a TV show or a movie. Rather it looks and plays like a quest for 2000s audience. Biggest con of this three.

Overall: 7/10. Definitely will play it through but I am not near as excited to do it as I am for the new Walking Dead or Game of Thrones. It has to step up it's game to draw bigger audience.

This game has very little to nothing to do with original game or even it's sequel. Max became Alan from Hangover. New York was replaced with Brazil. Story driven action was thrown away. It's Shoot 'Em Up without Clive Owen. With long as hell cut scences to present it as some sort of a movie. Well... some sort it is. Voice acting is cool with lots of Portuguese going on around you all the time.
Overall game is decent and can be fun if you want it to be. Some scenes are quite memorable plus devs totally chickend out and added a few NY falshback scenes.
