I used to enjoy playing Rocket League with my friends, especially in casuals where we could just have fun. However, as my friends left to play other games, I found myself playing with random teammates.


Unfortunately, the community has become quite toxic. It seems like every ranked or unranked game is filled with text spamming and negativity. Since the game became free, there has been an influx of younger players who quickly rise through the ranks without the necessary skills or sportsmanship.


To make matters worse, the DLCs and Keys that I bought for real money years ago are now worth nothing. The game now offers many of these items for free and sells cheaper items on the item shop for exorbitant prices. Even the BattlePass is a bit of a letdown, as it doesn't deliver the promised 1000 credits at level 75.


Overall, I feel like this game has become a bit of a scam. It's disappointing to see how the community and developers have let it slide.
