Dear Diary,

Today, I stumbled across a game that feels oddly familiar, like an old buddy showing up unannounced. Just like dodging bullets from my past while leaping through the forest. The game nails my gritty, style-sharp and to-the-point. Did I mention it features me?

Between my coffee breaks, I get to relive my days atop piles of boards I mangled together to run I am Your Beast. Talk about dual citizenship. The cut-scenes? Pure gold. (Eat your heart out, COI.) I broke a few rules along the way, but what's life without a little rebellion? The game seems to agree with me.

If you want something that'll put you into my scuffed shoes, (I'll steal new ones later.) I am Your Beast is the one. No going back, just moving forward, one entry at a time.

I bought Project Arrhythmia a long time ago, and playing it after a handful of years, the game still feels extremely clunky and unpolished. It's immensely unsatisfying to play, and I'm not sure why it's still at this point.

The gameplay is fine. It pioneers off of the ideas of JSAB, and it does it fine. I'm sure theres a plethora of good stuff to be found in user-generated content, but the issue lies in how the game feels, and if you wanted a summary; it's not great at all. It barely feels fluid. UI is uninspired. I have no hate towards these developers, I'm sure they've got a great game in the works, but for a few years of development, this feels lackluster.

Please don't release your games like this.
