Green Steel has the potential to be a good communicator, although may occasionally confuse some listeners. Gives others the chance to speak too, and seems to take on board their point of view. Generally takes on tasks or assignments without objection, but does not appear to be strongly motivated, and will not inspire others. Late on fewer than 3 occasions in 6 months. Always assured and confident in demeanour and presentation of ideas without being aggressively over-confident.
