Card Quest is focused on tweaking your deck to face different dungeons, I loved it but some people may not find it exciting enough.
Loop Hero gives you extra layers of strategy (character, town, and loop). Ratropolis gives you building mixed with fast action.
Those are my favorites, there are a few others I liked a lot that aren't on my top list - like Neoverse, that's a good one but I'd consider Slay the Spire and Monster Train to be even better. Everyone has their own preferences but hopefully this info is helpful to you :)
