Although it has been released as a "full game" it's basically a demo. The game's version is 0.9.0 so it is a DEMO.

Due to the change of game engine there are more bugs than you would expect.
They tried to keep as much as possible from the previous games but obviously some things just weren't compatible with the new engine.
People have been complaining about pass speed, defence system, bugs with cutscenes, facial expressions, player movements, and ball behaviour.
Konami published a tweet apologising for the above mentioned bugs and promised a fix this month (October)
They took 2 years to focus on eFootball but that is not enough to make a full game free of bugs (just look at CyberPunk 2077 almost a full decade in development and the game was absolutely broken on release)

Currently there aren't a lot of game modes. Only 2.

"Quick Match" vs CPU (only 9 teams available)
"Worldwide Clubs" vs Human (a couple of leagues but not all of them)

All leagues and teams will be added on November 11. With Konami updating further as they get or lose new licenses.
Online Leagues and Team Building Mode (My Club???) will be added this autumn. Also Cross-Platform (Console and PC).
This Winter, Cross-Platform (Console, PC, and Mobile).
Offline Modes (Master League) are scheduled for 2022 only.

Some people also said that the graphics don't compare to the ones showed on the "Next-Gen PES Teaser".
This is because the game is using Unreal Engine 4. eFootball is supposed to use Unreal Engine 5 but UE5 is only schedule for release in 2022.
So Konami released the game to get player feedback and to get used to the Unreal Engine.
When UE5 is released and eFootball makes the transition, then and only then, the graphics will match the ones showed in said trailer.

Basically, Konami made a mistake by releasing the game this early without stating that it is not the full release.
All we can do is give them our feedback and let them fix the bugs and improve the game.
Let's see how they do on the promised October fix.

For fans of wrestling this is a must!
The amount of customization and mods available for this is unreal.
That said, try to get it on discount as the price for game and all dlc's is a little bit to much.

Things can get a little sloppy, but the potential payoff is big. Parts of its presentation are lacking, and the state of its single-player is criminal, but overall, it's a deep, addictive co-op shooter that tickled my inner burglar.
