Report a translation problem
There a couple of workarounds, namely creating and running a bat file within Team Fortress 2 folder with following contents:
tf.exe -tools
by following a guide that explains how to do so and then uploading it to the workshop.

If i manage to make something decent enough to worth releasing instead of scraping. No such luck so far :(
