Updated Review:
Adding DRM back to a game that has long been cracked makes no sense whatsoever. Capcom paid for the DRM solution and also paid a developer to implement it, to a game that is already CRACKED. All-time boneheaded move. Does literally nothing but piss off legitimate customers and scares away future customers. All you have accomplished is bad publicity. Congratulations, Capcom.

Old review:
The best non-competitive game I've ever played. It's never a chore to play this game; even though I've collected and crafted every item in the game in 500 hours of play (minus a few AT Kulve Taroth weapons), I still find it fun to learn a new weapon and kill some monsters. The weapons are very unique and offer many different play styles. They are also very deep, and can get extremely technical if trying to learn meta for max DPS.

Incredible graphics, amazing score. I also like the story.

This game is easy to mod, which is fantastic. There are some great quality of life mods that make this game more enjoyable to play on PC over console.

Cons: The servers go down a lot during new events or AT Kulve Taroth. Extremely frustrating. I hope they work on disconnection issues for Iceborne.

The only other problem I have is a minor one, and that's Bazelgeuse's behavior. It is too predictable and thus just becomes a stupid annoyance. If he is on the map while doing an investigation and you initiate a fight with another large monster, he will show up to interrupt you 100% of the time (assuming he can get to that part of the map). This means you have to dung him, every time. It's not a big deal, it's just annoying that Bazel's behavior never changes or has any randomness to it.
