I rarely write reviews but this game needs one.

YES, the servers were poor. YES the optimisation is poor.

The servers seem to have been fixed and with the use of losses scaling I am running at 60+fps on Ultra Setting:
CPU: Ryzen 9 3900
GPU: Radeon 5700XT
VRAM: 32GB

The game itself is enjoyable. Good physics good vibes and brilliant map. If you want an easy unlock racing game Forza is for you. If you want something to sink hours into with the promise of a better game over the coming 12 months then this is for you. Of course we are missing things from past games like the casino, but with the support of the dev this truly can be one of the best open world racing games since the original TDU.

Don"t let review bombing from the first days of advanced access ruin an enjoyable game.
