While the game offers a realistic portrayal of the football world, my journey with it has been marked by a colossal number of injuries, leading me to question the game's mechanics.

Despite meticulously managing physios, being the top La Liga physios (5x at 20), and carefully rotating my team to prevent fatigue, I found myself dealing with an astonishing 4 to 6 injured players consistently. It's a perplexing situation that challenges the strategic depth of the game.

Another aspect that stood out was the players' temperamental nature. Unlike other titles, players in Football Manager 2024 seem to become discontented far too easily. After just 10 matches, even those designated as fringe players express a desire to be starters, coupled with an insatiable demand for salary increments. It's not uncommon for a player earning 300k per year to suddenly demand a staggering 1.5 to 2 million per year, all because we secured a place in the Conference League. This demand becomes particularly absurd when players who were content with their contracts just 1.5 years before expiration refuse to negotiate or extend their contracts without apparent reason.

One striking observation is the apparent bias in the game dynamics against the player. While negotiating with my club, Osasuna, players ask for exorbitant salaries ranging from 3 to 6 million per year, despite the club's average salary being below 2 million per year. Astonishingly, when I opt not to sign these contracts, the players go on to accept significantly lower offers from much weaker teams, ranging from 800k to 1.2 million per year. This discrepancy in negotiation dynamics adds an unwarranted layer of frustration to an otherwise immersive gaming experience.

In conclusion, while Football Manager excels in providing a realistic football management simulation, certain aspects, such as injury frequency and player contract negotiations, seem designed to challenge the player rather than enhance the overall gaming experience. It's a delicate balance that could benefit from some fine-tuning to ensure that the challenges presented align with strategic depth rather than creating a sense of imbalance.

Full of bugs and cheaters. I don't understand why after 3 years the game looks still unfinished and BH doesn't stop the cheater in a efficient way! Uninstall!

The sistem of AI is ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up badly. Because i like the team, i started with Man UTD. It was very hard to make some transfers because even the young players from Ukraine, Czech or they didn't wanted to come, or their team asked to much. Ok, no problem.
I am trying to sell Smalling and Rooney from the beginning of the game. No chance! Because:
- or i am not receiving offers for my players even the fact there are some Major interests
- i am receiving ONLY non-negociable offers which are way bellow their market value. Because i cannot negociate, i must decline all the offers (all the offers = 2 or 3)

Another fact:
- i signed in the first year Ignacio Camacho. I've played him 54 games. In the second year, i receive an offer from Barcelona for him, even that i never put him on transfer or loan list. The offer was Non-Negociable (logic!) and the offer waaaaaaas: 4.2M :)) for a player with 54 games, 27 years old, 3 stars, 37M market value!!!!

What the actual ♥♥♥♥?

I am not able to sell any of my players because i am not receiving offers! It's impossible!!!! Not even an offer? Again, what the ♥♥♥♥? And those offers with non-negociable and all the time with salary contributin? Where the ♥♥♥♥ can you see this in real world? Because this game is a Simulator game, so it must keep something from the real world.

Also, if i am playing Martial, the whole season, and the team is Champion at the end, and the player is having his best ever season (many times Player of the Match, Player of the Month, 20 goals, etc) why his market value is dropping with 13M????

I am not playing anymore, i am feed up!

I made a refund for this game. I am dissapointed about the game. It's sad, because i wanted it so much... I had GOTY version.
