Level 1-45 pretty solid and fun for a new started MMO.
But everything after that, especially in the high level areas (50-60), it's a buggy mess.
Literally 1000x more frustrating than the areas before.

Also, a way to dupe items and gold was public for multiple days and the economy is ruined on all servers.
Only dumb people got banned and people that laundered the money via the trading post or other ways are still playing.

PvP is currently completely broken and dead because everyone is abusing animation cancel & damage multiplier exploits with a specific weapon.
So if you join an Outpost Rush (20v20 Arena) basically 60-80% of the enemies use the specific bugged weapons and it's literally bug-abusers vs bug-abusers.
This will be fixed soon but still that ruins my current experience a lot, especially that most of these bugs got reported in the beta and are in the mainstream known for weeks now but it takes aged for these game-breaking bugs to get fixed.

The support is insane bad.
Not only are you able get banned by getting mass reported from other players for literally any reason but the unban appeal process is additionally very tedious.
When you are choosing live chat you get the typical triple A company support that everyone hates.
1. Get a supporter with google translate to borderline understand your appeal and the supporter will forward you to the specific department.
2. Wait 10-30 minutes till you finally get somebody. That supporter is mostly a more experienced or native speaking your language but in the case of a friend of mine he got forwarded to another department again. This time he had to wait another 60 minutes.
3. If you managed to not already scream and give up then you finally are able to explain and appeal your ban and you will get a notice via email if you get unbanned or not.


I'd say a big fat no and I would only recommend this game if you get it in sale for like 15-20€.
I don't think in the current state it's even close worth the 40€ that it's trying to scam from you.
