Counter Strike is a very unique game.
It is heavily focused around communications and team-work.

In this game you don't level up your character, you level up your self. (skill)
The game is a sport and you have to do practice in order to efficiently get better at it.

Sadly most people get the game wrong and focus on winning games, where they really should focus on getting better at the game.
With this approach you can take away all the stress you make yourself, when someone is "hacking" again (in quotes, because most of the times they are just better than you and your mind is looking for an excuse) or when you don't win a game "because of your teammates".

See these "cheaters" as a challenge, because you CAN beat them.
