Awesome game. Addictive as hell!

Amazing atmosphere, great gunplay, awesome unlocks. Haven't scratched the surface of what this game has to offer. Hopefully they'll have cool seasons like Deep Rock Galactic!

Awesome DLC. Great sounds, great units, great maps.

No. Wait for a couple of months (at minimum). Maybe even a year (you can even get it for cheaper then). This game is in an early access state.

So, they managed to fix one thing: which is tires. The other issues:
1. Blue flags: it's fixed half arsed. You can not unlap yourself. If you overtake the car ahead, you will instantly get blue flagged (even you are waayyy quicker)
2. (Virtual) safety cars: still a joke.
3. AI: braindead (both in terms of race strategy as in car development strategy)

Plus, they abandonded this game officially two months after release to focus on next year's iteration.

Please skip this game.

Original review (as of 26 hours played, patch 1.5):

No, BUT:

the game has a great foundation. However, there are some major issues -- nothing that can't be patched though.

Game breaking issue:

1. Tires. There is almost no difference between soft / medium and hard in laptimes. Your best strategy is going medium and hard. Also, tire degradation does not exist when they are above 30%. Or when it's raining, never run inters, always go for wets.

Major issues:
1. Safety car: cars are not unlapping themselves.
2. Safety car: it drives way too fast -- it's hard to keep up. Backmarkers might not even catch the safety car. This in turn means that pitting during safety car is not always a good strategy.
3. Virtual safety car: delta is not maintained between cars
4. Blue flags: cars don't go out of their way properly. Only on specific areas, which means most of the time you will lose 1-2 sec (can be very costly in qualifying).
5. AI during wet races. Rain might be coming in two laps, but they pit and go for their planned strategy. Then they pit again in two laps for inters / wets.

There are other minor issues / bugs which all have been reported already on their issue tracker.

If all of these issues are patched, I think this is a great game and has a bright future ahead.

Better just get Sea of Thieves and play the PvP arena mode.

This game is a blatant ripoff.

Dev's have no idea what they are doing. Game was great when it launched, then it went downhill.
