Although it has its faults, I definitely recommend this game if you have a high-end PC with an NVIDIA RTX GPU (DLSS 2.0 really helps frame-rate without visibly damaging the visuals).

To me the story was fantastic, the city looks simply amazing on high settings, the gunplay was way more satisfying than I was expecting from an RPG game and the wide variety of different possible endings make it satisfying to end the story how you choose to. I recommend playing through all endings, because they are very long, very different and are packed with a lot of content (the main 3 ending roads I tried all took me 3-4 hours each on Very Hard, but there are variations among them too.)

I recommend playing on Hard or Very Hard if you are somewhat experienced with shooters, to get the full Cyberpunk experience, so you actually have to put some thought into how you play and what gear/ implants you use and what skills and perks you choose. Otherwise these choices won't make as an impactful difference in your survivability and it might take away from the game.

Additionally, I recommend playing through all of the optional missions, because most of them are "story level" quality and I found myself thinking - "maaan, I'm sorry for anyone who skipped these missions by exclusively focusing on the main story line, because these are great."

Lastly, the interesting and somewhat grim ideas put forward about the near future through story missions, through reading messages left around the world and through NPCs' conversations really hit me hard and left a big impact on me. It makes you ponder about where humanity is going as a whole at the moment and how many ideas in the game don't seem that far from becoming real in the following decades. These ideas stuck with me and is what makes this something more than just a game for me.

I did encounter quite a lot of bugs in this game, which I usually fixed by loading a save made a couple of minutes before, but nonetheless it was a little annoying and sometimes breaking the mood. I believe this will be fixed in the future, but I think this game probably needs an additional year to be fully fledged out. If you can't wait to play it - buy now, but if you can, waiting for a more polished and also cheaper game in the future is the smarter thing to do. I definitely have 0 regrets about buying though, overall it was still awesome.
