Not so bad of a DLC as everyone says... at first I thought. But then I witnessed the magic of Todd's infamous game design — the manufacturing machinery stops production as soon as you leave the settlement, hence building of ammo plants becomes impractical, at least unless you build three or more in the same place, so it turns into some kind of Minecraft-like sandbox (though some players like it). But what's really ridiculous is that even skipping time using 'T' key near the plants/mills still pauses their production, which makes no sense. So in the end, instead of exploring locations and completing quests while ammo/explosives are being manufactured, player is forced to be AFK and wait many IRL-minutes, until a sufficient amount of ammo is produced, which literally kills the purpose of the manufacturing machinery.
