This game is a must-play if you enjoy Dark Souls or Elden Ring.

My first Souls was Dark Souls III and it really puts things into perspective when you go and experience the first game in this trilogy. Going so far back mechanically-speaking, with quality-of-life features that aren't available straight away, (warping between bonfires), or simply not present at all (you cannot move while taking a sip from your flask), forces you to change your approach, I find. Especially not being able to move while flasking, which forces you to consider taking time to heal much more and to make a choice between using the opening in a boss's patterns to either deal damage, or heal yourself.

Also, the PvP is still kind of lively and fun to mess around with. I myself decided to follow in the footsteps of my forefathers and built myself my very own Giant Dad.

Play this game, folks.

I don't want to have children, and I never will, because getting through this game felt like the mother of all abortions.

Would've kept it if the game didn't have stupid "meta rules" like making certain characters' move-sets unavailable to your player-character.

I mean, I get giving some random character Star Platinum or The World is weird, but not any weirder than having all these characters from all these franchises somehow cooperating instead of fighting each-others to the death just to see who's strongest. (Looking at you, Goku and Luffy)

Early Access Review
I was gifted this game by a friend on Thursday 12 of March, and it is today March 17th.

Over the last 5 days, I've played just under 30 hours of this game.

Hades is a fantastic rogue-lite game. As someone who usually shuns games of this genre because I've never enjoyed them too much, I've been absolutely hooked to this one and I simply cannot get enough.

The gameplay itself is simply fantastic. The only other game of the rogue-like/rogue-lite genre which I liked was Diablo 3, (yes, I'm a filthy casual, sorry), but I have no hesitation when I say that Hades' gameplay is far superior. It feels smoother, more instinctive, and over-all satisfying.

But the true goodness of this game relies in what's built AROUND the gameplay itself.

The visual art is breath-taking. You can see so many details everywhere, everything looks (and probably is) hand-drawn, and you'll be able to find zones making you feel comfortable in all floors of the Underworld.

The music is amazing. Everything chains up smoothly, the dynamic music system is on-point and every tune is a perfect fit where and when it plays. In addition, the songs too are beautiful. Because yes, ladies and gentlemen, among the various voice-acted characters (pretty much all characters with whom you may discuss), there's one or two who sing!

Just buy this game, peeps. It's the best game of this genre you'll find.

I used to play the first "incarnation" of this game on local multiplayer with my older brother and Letha League Blaze is just as fun to play, except it feels much more polished and the addition of the new grabbing mechanic, as well as the parry one, offer more strategies to be adopted in the most extreme mind-game of rock-paper-scissors ever.

Play this game, fellas, it's like the Smash Bros of Steam.

I feel like I'm playing Super Mario 64 all-over again, but better, cuter and with a much more enjoyable cast of characters.

Bonus point for making a spooky level in a platformer that actually had me clenching my cheeks the whole time.

Try it out, people, it's totally worth it if you like platformers.

This is a classic. I only managed to play Onimusha 3 on ps2 when I was younger and this game being the first one, I was expecting it to be kind of bad, but I was pleasingly surprised.

It's a bit sad the game is so short (I finished it in just over 3 hours) and I quickly got so many souls that I couldn't spend any more aside from getting arrows or bullets, which I never had to use.

Hopefully we will soon see the other episodes of the Onimusha series on Steam. I'm quite impatient to play them, and to re-discover Onimusha 3.

The game freezes every now and then, right in the middle of levels and cutscenes alike, before resuming after a few seconds of black screen.

My speakers literally exploded while playing this game.

Basically, my PC can't go that fast.

What can be said about the great Team Fortress 2?
Nothing more than what has already been said.
I'm just writing this to complete my final steam awards task.

SMH.
