The System Restore and image recovery for Windows 10 on C: drive both did not work, nor did system repair from command prompt. We decided to leave the system running all night to see if it cycles between start-up and self-restart to see if it self repairs because it keeps restarting after the "Preparing Automatic Repair" just after the bios screen. If its not self-repaired by the morning then we'll re-install Windows 10 on the C: drive which has no other files other than the OS.
