Pretty well done game. Actually one of the better Total War games out there.

Pro:
-Setting: Ancient Rome is just a setting you can fall in love with.
-Factions: From Rome to Sparta, from Carthage to the Barabarian tribes of northern Europe. There is a playable faction that everyone likes.
-Accessability: The UI is very clean and simple. Easy to learn for beginners. I personally really like it in comparison to others like the Warhammer or Atilla UI
-Battles: Oh man the battles are just the best about this game (the whole series in general). The ability to have HUGE armies fighting each other and you controlling on of them and seeing them clash together is just fantastic.
-Looks good for a game from 2013

Cons:
-Price. 60€ for a 6 year old game is alot. Maybe a little too much. Also that they packed a lot of factions into DLC packs kinda sucks (but hey they do that with every Total War Game so nothing less to expect)
-Performance: I dont know if its just me but the game feels badly optimized. Performance can be an issue.

All in all: Can only recommend this game to anyone, either Total War veteran or newby. If you're a Total War fan you can pick it up for the full price, if you can afford it. If you#re new to the series wait for a Sale. Its on Sale frequently (sometimes even up to 80%)
