Oddball Warioware-esque minigame collection with a very dadaist story and a zero-budget art "style" that fits the public television theme wonderfully. The minigames vary greatly in difficulty - the christmas tree and mushroom car are particularly frustrating, but you also have things like the clock jumper and spaceboard that are trivially easy to get gold in - but are all generally fun until at least the silver medals.

The game's very short, I hit 100% in just under 4 hours and that's including all the time I spent idling on the title screen to see what else would be broadcast, but that's to be expected from a ware-type game. I'd say SCPTV is worth picking up if you spot it in a bundle.
