It"s nothing like Void Bastards but still a fun game.

The core gameplay loop is addicting because a single fight might only take 2 minutes. I almost gave up on this game because it didn"t feel like the fights had much depth, but I"m glad I stuck with it because later you find yourself constantly saying "just one more."

The gun fights are quite annoying at the start because you get instantly shot by twitchy enemies that you can"t even see. But if you stick with it, you figure out their movement patterns and how to use the map to position yourself so you don"t get automatically hit. Void Bastards is more about stealth while this is 100% a run-and-gun type game. Figure out where an enemy is near you, then make a mad dash to reposition so you can take them out, then keep running to your next safe hiding place until you can find another enemy. If you try to play this like a stealth game or a sniper game, you"re going to have a bad time.

An actual 10/10. One of the only games that comes close to Subnautica in terms of survival/crafting satisfaction.

Simple game that is easy to pick up for quick sessions and hard to put down

They added a ton of new content, new game modes, new enemies, new abilities, new everything.

A very solid expansion to the base game. I hope some of these make it into the VR version. Or maybe even Superhot VR 2? A man can dream.

Great game and the sequel (7 billion humans is even better)

It would also make a great introduction to programming if you want to learn.
