A wonderfully thought-out tactics game with a unique setting and concept! Full of natural-sounding dialogue in a story that doesn"t take itself too seriously, which gives the story some flexible room for memorable character moments. Abilities start out simple, yet the perks you can unlock can let you do some insane things in late game content.
Highly recommended!

Fantastic execution of a character action RPG, with a high level of writing quality found even in the sidequests. The gameplay emulates the feel of Devil May Cry very nicely, and I love how well-executed each different gameplay augment feels.

I have done nothing but fish for 3 days

I can finally play Kingdom Hearts 2 on long car rides.

Such a satisfying game. Almost no complaints, this game is fantastically executed.
This game never failed to impress, and I found myself loving the combat with every boss.

While this game had an incredibly rough start that really hurt its reputation, this game, in its current state, is well worth the money. Having purchased and played the game during its initial release month, I can verify that the game has vastly improved from its launch, and has become a game I"ve had more fun with than I expected going in.

However, the game isn"t flawless.
Parts of the terrain (in out-of-the-way parts of the map) were arranged for form over function, meaning certain assets are floating here and there,
The game"s lighting system tends to bug out when outdoors and/or in specific cutscenes where the lighting shifts and changes,
And unfortunately there are still some slight clipping issues certain models and items face in specific scenarios.
While I"ve encountered other bugs, the types listed are the most common, and others either resolved themselves or were highly uncommon. Thankfully, the game"s autosave system (as well as my own quicksaves, from time to time) helped prevent me from ever getting softlocked or stuck due to a bug I encountered. The other bugs listed rarely impacted gameplay on anything more than a visual level.

Overall, I would still say this game and its DLC are incredibly valid purchases, given the game"s current state, ESPECIALLY if both are on sale. If you already own the game but dropped it after seeing the state it was in on launch, you owe it to yourself to try this game again.

This game oozes with charm. The soundtrack, visual style, and the "floating" ui elements really just create a cozy roguelike deckbuilder to sink your teeth into.
If you are into roguelikes and deckbuilders, please play this game.

Fantastic and sleek game almost ruined by PSN"s interference.
Now that they reverted the PSN account requirement, I can wholeheartedly recommend this again!

A very short, sweet experience!
Having played the demo before playing the full release, I"m pleased to say that the potential the demo teases is nearly fully realized in the full release!
