The controls are pretty bad. Even with the automatic enable mouse acceleration off your never fully accurate.
The game has hidden acceleration vectors as well to remove accuracy of play. Nice concept, since life is full of RNG, but from a game perspective, other than the general cult following this game has, the play value is pretty weak. For the price of $8, there are better games that would offer the same frustration. I wanna the ___ series.

Short and quick, with lots of possibilities on builds. There are some RNG aspects that can directly end a run, but more or less, very interesting if you're into a rogue style game.

This game is not the same style as Basion. For those who are expecting another follow up with the game style, this is not for you. I'll break the game down to different sections and rate it from there.

Playstyle - Transistor follows a more Dragon Age pause action combat system. You will spend majority of your fights pausing using space and carry out your actions in the most efficent manner you can conjour up. Multiple strategies to conquer your foes from range combat to close range combat to simply mind controlling them or even summon minions to do your dirty work. Only problem with this playstyle from the pause and set combat is that without it, it's kind of impossible to progress, early game progression is possible without pausing, but after you enter mid game, it'll be impossible without pause and set.

Storyline - Great story progression, leaving you with my questions and ideas of the product and possible outcomes before finally reaching the end. As well as containing the great narriation just like their previous game in Bastion.

Difficulty - Requires a bit more considering then most games. It's a bit more on the difficult side for new players, but is very forgiving, such as; multiple attempts of continuation even when your life bar hits zero. For those who wish to play a harder difficulty, you may apply limiters or difficulty increases in game at each terminal station once you start progressing through the game. In return you will receive more exp per kill and level quicker.

Overall Rating - 9/10

Like eve online without the slow grind and more of a fast pace shooter.

Not a bad game, pretty easy. The achivements would be considered the "hard" portion. Game took me 2.6 hours to beat with no guide. A bit short, but not bad if you get it on a sale.
No real replay value as far as I can tell.

Decent game to kill time. More balanced then League of Legends, but not as fun as Dota.

Wonderful game, only problem is that offline file and online file aren't connected. Beat it in offline mode, now need online mode.
Beautiful cut scenes and visual graphics.
The narrartor voice sounds like chuck norris, a winner.
Not really... but still... It also has play through value. Extra game modes as well as NewGame
on the second playthrough.
