Usually eager to work, but on one or two occasions has been less than willing to tackle an assignment within the range of competence, or reluctant to learn something new. Understands the importance of confidentiality, and can always be trusted not to reveal confidential or private information to unauthorized parties. BIGGIE is interested in finding out why things are the way they are. Asks questions, but may stop if not getting the answers quickly or easily enough. BIGGIE can hold and engage an audience, but not convincing or persuasive enough to be used as a keynote speaker/presenter.
