Not many archetypes have seen as much consistent play as Invoked in the history of YGO.

On top of that, the engine has been competitive enough to incur the hatred of many players.

Running the engine in your deck seems easy, but you still see people making mistakes with it in 2022.

Magical Meltdown is an important consistency piece in every Invoked build.

Also, there is another effect, but I forgot about it.

Limiting Meltdown is what some players want to do in an attempt to curb the core.

Shaddolls and Mekk-Knights are just some of many archetypes that were combined with Invoked.

Understanding how all the Invoked Fusion Monsters work is imperative to winning.

Mechaba, the archetype's omni-negate, is the only Fusion Monster you need to know.

Making it on your first turn is your first, second and third goal.

Or would you rather summon Magellanica?

Not having the required fusion materials was more of a problem back in 2017, when Invoked came to the TCG.

Almiraj, Artemis and Secure Gardna, however, really improved the engine's ability to get the fusion materials.

Linking Aleister off into any of these already gives you all the materials needed.

Ergo, Aleister is a 1-card Mechaba - and a 1-card play into, um, the guy that deals piercing damage.

Invocation is the card you search and use to summon the Fusions.

Steadily being able to use Aleister and Invocation turn after turn makes the engine so potent.

This recursion paired with the engine's efficiency and the splashability are Invoked's biggest strengths.

Eventually, you surely want to know how to actually use the engine, so let me explain without further ado:

Read the first letter of each sentence.
