Where the ♥♥♥♥ do I go type of game, too much annoying sections like one with rebels and the turrets and that with dark tunnels and that weird dude with flashlight in his head (I don't remember how he's called)

This game is amazing, I spent a lot of hours playing alone and with friends. The idea of the creator of this great game, Garry Newman, to make Half-Life 2 a sandbox and add the ability to download mods (aka Addons) made by the community via Steam Workshop is brilliant. Thanks to the "Source" engine that this game runs on, you can load models/sounds/textures/maps/etc. from other Valve productions, e.g.; Team Fortress 2, Left 4 Dead, Left 4 Dead 2, etc. which is a bit helpful if you mod/want to mod this game like me. I wholeheartedly recommend this game to any sandbox fanatic.
