Amazing game (its expected its DQ3) however my only gripe is that out of all the HD2D games made by square, this game utilizes it the least, I think Octopath 1/2, triangle strategy, and a live a live use this engine to its potential much better.

Great games, horrible port that constantly crashes at random, what made it more strange is that crashes only became frequent around 15 or so hours of playtime in KH1. I have no clue how the other ports are but if a mainline game is struggling I have no hope for things like BBS and CoM. Even on an NVIDIA GPU you're not safe. Go for the console ver if you really have to play.

I played the original like a year or two ago albeit with a botched translation and some outdated mechanics, what youre gonna get is a pretty relaxing time management sim with some rpg elements, this version of the game comes with updated text that might be off putting and some new art and cutscenes as well as new items to buy and revamped stat gains. Protect your sister/10 Also download the family friendly patch for the real reason you bought this.

extremely fun and satisfying souls-like game with a lot of promise for future dlc and installments.
My only complaint would be level design is linear and the whole mechanic with swapping weapon parts can feel a little underwhelming.
overall really solid game.

i might be a bit biased since im a huge megaten fan, but its very obvious the devs for this game are as well. This is classic SMT dungeon crawling with a touhou paint, with a lot of the bells and whistles of QOL that have been added into the series throughout the years. Things like skill transfering, affinity transfering, fusing straight from the compendium, stats and moves that actually work for all types of builds, ability to rearrange skills, being able to level your demons. However there are some limitations they kept possibly due to the super famicom inspired style of the older SMT games like, demons leveling up but not learning new skills from it, or guns not really scaling off any stat except lightly from agility (Dex is not in this game). It's all here in glorious wizardry-inspired first person dungeon crawling.

Would highly recommend to anyone thats a fan of rpgs, touhou or smt alike.

fun game, extremely unfair and unbalanced in a lot of aspects but I guess treat it like its some butchered fetus of a party game and you should enjoy it.
