Definitely one of my favourite games, but do not expect it to be easy or quick to learn. You start getting the game after about 300 hrs, but at that point you are still quite a noob.
It probably takes around 1000 hrs to get most of it if you don't study the mechanics or only play single player. And even then you can be quite far off from mastering the game. It might seem like a lot of time and money, but after about 1000 hrs of gametime i can tell you, it's definitely worth it. The game is quite deep with many different possibilities and scenarios, which makes it a game with a large replay value. Unlike a lot of other games, the more you play, the better it becomes.
