This is my first Dragon Age so coming in with a fresh perspective here; but I thoroughly enjoy this game. It looks gorgeous, the story is good fun, the combat is very fluid and action packed - I would really recommend this game to anyone that likes Mass Effect/Final fantasy 15 (and 7 remake) and Baldurs Gate 3! A very solid enjoyable RPG.

If you're into Terrarria/Minecraft and Stardew Valley, this is the game for you.
It's a very well designed game, which doesn't hold your hands and lets you figure things out on your own. The co-op is very smooth, the world is well designed, there's cozy fishing, base building and farming, accompanied with fighting and exploring. Absolutely loving this game.

Coral Island is an extremely fun farm game with a ecological twist. If you're into Story of Seasons / Harvest Moon, or even Stardew valley, you'll definitely enjoy this game! The graphics are gorgeous, there's plenty of story (like A LOT of story!) and with the latest 1.1 update you can actually farm underwater as well (and turn your animals into dinos).

Honestly can't recommend this game enough to any farming sim lovers out there. They are working on a co-op update and once that hits, this will beat Stardew Valley for me.

Early Access Review
I played a lot of Dark and Darker when it first had it's beta's - so this review is based on my experience with the game then vs now. We were pumped when we saw it was back on Steam, and immediately dove in to play a few rounds. However... to our disappointment, the game just didn't feel like the same game anymore. The fact that you have to pay to put on anything non-white geared aside (should've either called this a demo, or allowed greens but not blue's imo), the entire core gameplay feels changed. There is no circle to rush you to extract, meaning that you can go entire rounds without encountering anyone. This was exactly the thing we enjoyed most about Dark and Darker, it was the PVP, it was the hiding in spots, it was the rushing to find extraction points and having to find three for your entire team, and pouncing on another team when they were trying to extract by hiding near extraction points - now it just feels like a PVE game. A real shame, the game is definitely a lot less fun because of it and I don't think I would consider paying to put on better loot if it's just a PVE game anyway.

This game has huge potential if you're into farming games and games like Disney Dreamlight Valley, however as it works right now, I can't really recommend it as a coop game. I feel like the main selling point of this game is the coop aspect; building and living together with your mates. But you can't actually do any of that; quests aren't synced together and you actually can't build on each others land which is a huge disappointment. Even if my friends could be my neighbor that'd be awesome - but they are on a completely different plot of land that I have to teleport to - so it makes decorating your plot quite lonely. I am not sure why this design choice was made, it seems deliberate to leave this out but I can't quite understand why.

So unfortunately, as it stands right now, I wouldn't recommend this game.

Basically Risk of Rain meets Tiny Tina's Wonderlands/Borderlands - an amazing (if not my favorite!) roguelike FPS to play with your mates.

It's a very fun game that combines RUST with Pokemon (or any other creature catching game). People meme this game quite a bit but it's actually very solid in it's current state, very fun in coop and has got plenty to do (especially if you play in a custom difficulty mode). There's plenty of creatures to see and I hope they add more over time! (Maybe some less Pokemon-inspired ones just to stop the hate-crowd, but overall most designs are unique!)

It's basically a "realistic" look at what would happen if Pal's or creatures like these existed in real life; we'd use them to help out around our farm, use them in combat ect. You still need to keep them happy otherwise they won't help you out on your farm and every creature has their own speciality so you need to strategically think about who you want on your farm and what they need to do; there's a lot to explore and I can only hope they grow the game bigger and bigger!

Things they need to improve upon:
Building isn't as smooth as it could be, sometimes the building parts don't snap.
More building variation; they went for this "classic antique" look which imo doesn't really match the rest of the game's aesthetic, give me scifi or beach, just more color in general!
Bigger map and more Pals eventually!
Pal's seem to get stuck sometimes on the farm when looking for food, and it'd also be good to give them a set task and not have them deviate from that task.
More character customization, and ability to change during the game. With this I mean armors as well; everyone kinda looks the same in-game when playing coop, they should really go all out with armors like in Monster Hunter.

Overall a very solid game for the price you're paying if you're into games like Rust and ARK, like creatures, and want to play with your mates.

I don't know how this game gets worse with every update but they've somehow managed to do just that.
The game as it is right now is not worth buying - go for table top simulator instead. The game constantly crashes, freezes, matchmaking is broken and when you do manage to make a match with your friends, the game just randomly crashes and will tell people that it's their turn when it isn't.
It's like the devs WANT the game to die so they can stop paying for the servers or something.

1/10 not worth it. Such a shame, because Catan is a good laugh.

The DLC is fantastic - the new island is almost as big as the Disney Dreamlight island and there's so many quests and new gameplay mechanics to discover. I have high hopes that they'll add more characters eventually, as well as maybe switch out Scrooge's store for a unique store - but it really is good as far as DLC goes.

One of the best narrative games out there.
