The gameplay is impecable, way better than AH and those forced helicopter missions.
The DLC Planes are also fantastic, it's like paying to have a cheated plane.

The sense of nostalgia on this game screamed Electrosphere on my head, specially the Raven DLC Plane.

The Waiapolo montains mission also brought me back to Electrosphere.

The game is totaly worth it.
