You can only walk backwards with the camera in the front, and if you walk for more than 5 seconds you die.
You just have to collect 20 art pieces in a museum, then you are presented with an annoying sound for winning.
Oh and if you play with the female character, you can see 3 tea cups all the time on the screen that are full of ♥♥♥♥♥ , literally.
