YouTube's search engine is noticeably less useful, let-alone reliable these days when not using filters or having very specific search words. It either prioritises what you have already found/watched, clutters initial results with recommendations such as "People also watched" & "For you" or even provides the same results twice. So I don't at all blame you for not having found what you were looking for that way.

I'll add that I did take a look into 'Inner Circle-20521' from 'AC012 Dubstep' and I don't reckon you'll find anything for it outside of the in-game files as they do production music for companies rather than sell music commercially. No harm in seeing what you might be able to find for yourself, however.
