As of March 19 2015, there are mixed reviews. Most of the downvotes are filled with idiots not knowing the depth in this game, as well as claming it to be a "CS wannabe", which is not true. The only similarity is the respawn mechanic, but everything else is different.

Don't let the graphical downgrade fool you. This may not match today's (casual hardore) standards, but why complain about it in the first place?

For starters, It's in Cyberpunk Japan. Yeah, one of those "rare" FPS games that takes place in Japan, other than your typical America, Middle East, Russia, China, etc. Another thing to note that it's heavily team-oriented (it plays like CS, since it goes with the you die and respawn next round, but the differences end there), so even if you're gonna Leroy the whole place like 360NOSCOPE you're gonna get mowed down once you take a step out into their view. The mode I recommend playing is Capture the Ghost aka "Capture the Sex Bot [or related]". You'll find out when you throw away your primary just to equip that bot.


It takes what I (kinda)wanted from mulitplayer FPS: lowgrade graphics, a shooter that takes place in Japan, ADS, balanced classes, ability to lean, plays like CS,no igc/buythisexpensiveshittomoweveryone, and the Ghost. I recommend it to everyone but CoD & Battlefield casuals. Those casuals might not enjoy this game for obvious reasons.
