I have to stick up for something I"ve waited 21 years on. Playing Homeworld 1 as a kid on a CRT monitor, PC with 2GB hard drive and 256Mb of Ram. I"ve been there from the start, I am currently seeing SO much hatred towards a game that has been a long time coming.
I backed this on FIG as it was the most anticipated game of my life to be fair. Yes it had some BIG shoes to fill and it goes along way to trying to get there. Seeing reviews picking on characters (one of which is a returning character...) and seems to just come across as people picking on it cause they are women main characters (a running norm by "gamers" these days)

The story literally had everything and more I could ever want, ending the game with a giant smile on my face. To avoid spoilers as much as possible but the moment you see that mothership in the ice shelf. You know what you"ve been fighting for. People bringing up how Homeworld was about the survival of hiigaran people. Yes it is but end of Homeworld 2 story had that happen, now they"ve grown and this is about the CONTINUED story of that. It wasn"t to be a reboot cause there is no point of such a thing.

The story had every emotion I could want in there, the ships looked fantastic, the ballistics of every object having to hit their targets and so much more. The AI path finding yes needed work and will likely continue to do so, and yes there should be some more maps (bigger too and hopefully a good few 8 player versions in skirmish)

Too many of the recent reviews have finished the campaign and then some, complained about characters of one which is returning, complained about cut scenes of which HW1 and 2 had as well. Bringing up Cataclysm, which was different developers, was parallel to the hiigaran story and was an experiment to explore horror RTS more so.

My overall thoughts is THIS is the story that is needed, you find out what was in the Nebula, you find out what was hunting Karen, the prodigy she left behind, finally finds out answers. I am not sure what more people could of wanted from the story. For me, it was perfect and so much more. I look forward to the overall expanded universe

I honestly can"t see why so much negativity, I run my PC currently on a AMD 290 and it runs fantastic with a solid stable 60fps and not a single hiccup. All I see is people saying they have more powerful graphics cards having issues yet I have friends with the exact same cards playing with ease. I cannot reccommend this enough, its beautiful, huge and fantastic, you"ll feel tiny playing it but its truly something to get lost in.

I"ve not come across something quite as unique as Duskers before, it caught me way off guard from what I was expecting, its simple somewhat in looks but very challenging and damn awesome. My time with Duskers was time well spent I truly loved the total difference between this and just about all games before.

Manage your drones, resources and so much more as you explore and try to survive space!

Villagers falls into what feels like a resurgence in genre currently, the city builder. It does so well at doing what it does best, it looks pretty darn good, plays really well and I"ve yet to come across any bugs bar the one I mention in the video. It has alot of gameplay to sink into and alot of challenges to try and attempt to get past, hope you"re ready for spending the wee hours playing!

Never for one moment think this game is making things easy for you, this game is a huge challenge but deeply satisfying. Great mechanics and also looks freaking awesome. The soundtrack just adds to the overall theme of the title that makes you hooked on it for ages!

A title that will catch you very off guard if you"re not paying attention. Great mechanics that provides hours upon hours of challenging gameplay. A wicked soundtrack just adds to the epic explosions abd brutal battles you"ll do in the missions but with so much from land, ships and air to come into it, its pretty damn awesome!

A truly challenging title that doesn"t give you anything to shoot back with, you must dodge, shield and use other means in order to avoid asteroids, laser fire and a whole host of other objects coming your way. Its fast, awesome and pretty damn addictive. But be warned the bosses are not an easy feat even on their lowest difficulty. If you want a challenge you"ve come to the right place! It looks fantastic, loads to do and great customization of your ship bundled with a pretty sweet soundtrack!

This title will catch you off guard, the moment you don"t pay attention is the moment you are dead. Its challenging and superb, visually its wicked in its top down view as you seek better weapons that have awesome effects mind you. Ferry resources between planets or seek out bounty on pirates and other enemies or why not be the pirate yourself!? the possibilities are endless and it truly is a blast to play!

Dead Star brings some great things to the table, awesome sharp visuals, a wicked soundtrack and some great unique mechanics that make for a fun and exciting title to play.

Action that is there from the get go with explosive effects sounding just as you"d expect and then better, use the load out system to kit out with 3 ships to fit your play style and then get upgrades for your ship and base to add more fire to the action.

A game I really wondered what it would be like, how things would play and if I"d like it. And when I started playing around with making my own plane (which crashed many times) and then trying out the thousands that are already made and being made it was a ton of fun. Its insane the amount of great detail that goes into some designs there is even the Heli-carrier from Avengers if you wish or a Tie Fighter from Star Wars. There is so much to do and some folk even find out how do to land based things too!

With a heap of content from races, fights and so on along with just what can be done with simple tools its a blast to create and play you should check it out!
