Early Access Review
Just adorable.

Build ships, add guns, simple and entertaining gameplay that scales well.

Pure, simple, fun.

Just another Juvenile looter shooter.
Back in my day weapons where the same for everyone, teamwork was essential, and money couldn't buy you a win.

Kids these days, might as well play fortnight.

Without a doubt one of the best VR titles I've played.
'Runs' through the levels 'until you fall' are generally short, solid exersise, combining tactical thinking with fast reactions.
Difficulty progresses gradually, but certainly - until you fall.

All the while, picking up 'aether' to upgrade your weapons so that *perhaps on the next run* you will get further.

All with synthwave-neon forests around - what more could you want?

Seems some really dumb kids keep posting bad reviews.
Apparently they get lows FPS - perhaps they should uninstall the malware and 30 overlay apps before using their keyboards.
Apparently they can't play this game without Mods - Which leads me to think they need 'mods' to play counter strike; by which I mean hacks.

Here's what I did to make this game work perfectly:
A. Installed Game
B. Loaded Game
C. Selected my Index controller in settings.
D. Played immersive VR Fallout experience.

No it won't work on your laptop, buy a console; I don't care about your Budget 'Meta' headset, buy a console; yes, it's a Bethesda game - things fall through the map, buy Beat Saber.

Yes, HL:Alex is a better game - It also takes <10 hours to finish.

Name a single VR game with 100 hours of gameplay that's fully voice acted, and has a compelling immersive storyline with open-world exploration - yes, it's Skyrim VR, that's your only option.

Welcome to the Future, Welcome to Fallout 4 VR.

Early Access Review
When viewing this product, you may expect a hyper-realistic space-building simulator, or an exciting action-packed space game - if that is what you desire, please do not purchase this.

It will take litterally hours to mine resources, in a totally-safe area, with no hostile threats at all, just to make the most basic small ship. Space-engineers survival mode is faster and more exciting.

Resource collection involves hitting rocks with a pickaxe, rocks that are at least ten-minutes flight from the station.
Building consists of crafting items that have non-explanitory stats, to assemble even the smallest ship requires vast amounts of resources and time.
Parts must be individually welded and bolted together, a process that in itself is nearly-instant, but makes no comprehensive sense given the menus, and tutorials, both of which are unintuitive and slow.

I recognise this is an early-access beta-grade product, and the developers have managed amazing technical feats, however without better menus, significantly less key-mapping, and a total rebalance of the crafting system, this is *NOT* a game, it is instead a very-slow space-mining simulator.

If a developer should read this, please keep working on this game, it is a wonderful idea - and feel free to contact me for feedback about it's improvement, I've many years experience in the field; but to start with here is a very small tip.

Make this game playable using only a standard controller.
If you cannot map the primary logic of your game to eight buttons and two control sticks, you cannot expect it to be used my primates.

I have requested a refund, and perhaps in the future when the game is more developed I might consider paying the price-tag assosiated.

However for the moment, it's worth about $5-6 dollars, as an early access tech-demo.

The holy seminal masterpeice of fusing Lego with Star Wars - here are three important points.

1. If you do not like this game, your inner child must be terribly repressed.

2. If you do not like this game, play it with your child, parent, sibling, or partner - then you will like this game.

3. If you do not like star wars, follow point 2 anyway, then you will like this game and star wars.

If you are expecting mass-effect robot-edition; this is not your game.

If you want an authentic cannon Battletech Experience - Mech-Warrior 2 flashbacks included. This is your game.

It's great, X-reunion meets space-engineers, and perfectly done.

Just, one, more game...

If this was in a 1980's arcade, the machine would burst from the amount of money put into it.

This game is addictive, fun, and complex.

For a game that is a decade old, STO holds a casual adventure through the star-trek universe, or a hardcore PVE game - depending on how you play it.

If you want to pay-to-win, you might find what you are looking for - if you are looking for a game that rewards long-term players with freebies, this is the right place for you.

And with new story-line content still being added, I can't help but hope it lasts another ten years.
