I loved this game when it was just a flash web browser game and I love it now. The thing that caught me when I first found this game back in like 2008 was the sheer scope of a flash game. The BALLS to be like "I"m doing 8 of these" and they kept getting longer. Back when flash games were mostly equal to clickers there were very few stand outs and this was one. 4/5 Shame it"ll never be finished but I have full faith in Psudowolf to re-imagine it beautifully.

Pros, things that hold up:
Music. Amazing soundtrack.
Most of the writing, some of it is problematic or obviously of it"s time but good comedy last forever and that"s what a good majority of this is.
Speaking of writing just wanted to express how the moment that hit me the hardest as of yet is the simple text change of the lady in the north of Canonia. Hit me real close to home.
Skills/Reaction system, I am just a sucker for an active combat element always have been. Your paper marios and legend of dragoons or ff8 I just love it in its many forms. And I like the feeling of accomplishment when I have earned a skill.

Cons, things that don"t work for me anymore;
The ui, I primarily use and will keep using a steam controller and it"s not a great way to play. A lack of controller support really bogs down the menu interactions, which obviously would take time and effort from the developer to make fully functional so I understand why it"s not there.

Individual inventories. I hate them, I didn"t remember this had them. It works better here than in say Dragon Quest 11 but just something that I don"t vibe with.

The text font, some of this is just unreadable I don"t know how I didn"t notice before or maybe I did and ignored it because I was a child. Almost all of the "Angels" are difficult to parse. The normal fonts are fine but the "flavor" ones are hard to read in a way that takes me out of the game.
