Since the Illuminate were added to the game I've had mission-breaking issues.

-Crucial terminals not responsive
-Black boxes spawning under rubble, inaccessible
-Evacuate citizens unable to path to the door, running into corners and stopping
-2-button entry doors crash the game upon being opened
