Within 36 hours of purchasing Anno 1800, I had 26 hours played. Yes, it's that good.

Obligatory "Cities: Skylines x Civilisation" comment - this really is all I've wanted in a game for a very long time.

Sick music too :)

This game is a beautiful mix of emotions. Most of them rage

The beautiful art design, combined with the amazing music composition give this game the early 1930 vibes it so gracefully represents.

The gameplay is hard. Really hard. Don't kid yourself into thinking this game isn't going to take you to hell and back, cause it will. I've only just gotten to the second island after 2 hours. I love this game already.

If you're not good with using a lot of mechanics quickly, or have a low rage tollerance, maybe watch someone else play it on Twitch or YouTube; however, this game is immensely fun and I think it'll get game of the year for 2017
