This is really cool game. You are what you wear, for real, y'all. For now, I'm, playing a wizard. There are solo instances and group instances as well. There are pvp areas you have to go through, however there are good players and not just a mob of outlaws just waiting to pick you off as you're on a grind. I'll give an example:
So, there I was, accidentally in pvp zone, my friend irl comes over so I'm like afk, next time I look at my screen, my character is dead. Holy crud, right? Well the PKer is standing there but so is another player(AP). So I resurrect and Mr. PK backs up because AP has apparently dropped a can a whoop @$$ on Mr. PK a couple times.

Don't let the hours of play fool you, I played this game when it first came out (yes, way back in the 90s) and I highly recommended it then and do so now.

I really like this game so far. It's open world, RP focused with active Storytellers. The living world aspect is enjoyable as your characters actions affect the world making for a dynamic experience. Currently the gods walk the land as the world is very much in it's infancy, can't wait to see what we make of it!

This game sucks ass when your new to it. In-game purchases are crap. Pay to win games say "♥♥♥♥ you gamer!"

Although I like the game, the problem, just like with almost every MMORPG, the grind sucks. I'm not talking about leveling up and getting better weapons and armor, I'm talking about the grind for crafting and gathering. I'm absolutely done with grinding to improve crafting and gathering skills, especially when you have to upgrade your crafting and gathering equipment to gather or craft higher level items. It's simple - a pickaxe is a pickaxe, a blacksmithing hammer is a blacksmithing hammer... Everything should not be a grind, to me it's pointless a takes away from other aspects of the game that could be enjoyed.

Man oh man, I've been playing this since it came out on console, finally got it on Steam, I love the new updates!
When this game was on console me and my kid would take all our gravestones and made a huge graveyard, just for the fun of it, apparently lots of people loved making graveyards. So what did the Devs do? They made graveyards do a couple things. First thing I noticed was a ghost, THEN I noticed the crow that comes around to kill, finally, and this is THE BEST PART, when you're in a graveyard it's ALWAYS considered night time! This means you can kill zombies and demon eyes for lenses AND you can fight night bosses in the graveyard, during the day! Another thing I love about this game is even if you're playing single player, you can beat every boss by yourself with the right gear and items. Awesome game!

Cool old school style rpg, turned-based strategy combat and some secrets & easter eggs to find!

I love the classic turn based combat style (when using the autopause feature correctly). I love that you adjust the difficulty, Story mode is great for learning the game. You can quick save at any time, which can help you plan your last combat encounter that ended in a total party kill. I love the little quips and quirks each character has and how their story intertwine.

Fairly easy to learn, great in-game advice, adjustable game difficulty
