good game, but needs a lot of work on things like the war system and flavor to become a great game.

It's ok.

As a programmer, this game scratches a special itch for optimizing I/O. The release of Space Age only further expanded this by changing up the rules you are used to on each planet.

To be fair, I do enjoy this game when I can actually play it. Although it is impossible to support take-two and rockstar trying to kill off mods, while also nickle and diming anyone who wants to get anything in GTA online.

Evolve is a fun game, it was a great new game to play with friends, but that was only when it decided to work. I bought the 100$ monster race pack when the game came out because of how great it looked. The gameplay was great upon release, but the first issues came quickly. Lacking content was to be expected in a new game, but what little came in each of the many dlc's was a huge dissapointment. On top of this, I had issues connecting with my friends, actually managing to play a game together once in a blue moon, with us not being able to find lobbies, and when we could one of us often being kicked. When the free to play update came recently it seemed promiosing with the fixes that were promised. it did work for a short amount of time, but the connection issues persisted. If you are planning on playing evolve alone it may be worth it, but with friends this game does not work, as even queing up together you still will not be put in the same lobby most of the time.
