"run out of memory", 'out of video memory", crash, freeze, "loading" for years... Even in "low" video configuration - Windowed mode or whatever (nearly two hours of several configuration attempts yesterday) !
I play several others F2P such as TF2, Warface, Ghost Recon, Loadout, Blacklight Retribution or "normal" games such as Borderlands 2, BF3 or else and never had these problems.
My rig is a Windows 7 32 bits, 4 Go, i6750 Core 2 Duo, NVidia GTX 460.
So IMHO unless you have more than 4 Go (as this game seems a big RAM consumer), I won't recommend DB.
At least, for the moment...

PS: I can't tell about the gameplay as I haven't been able to play it enough time !
