Things I want to see in players:
-Motivated to win
-Serious but can have fun
-Performs well not through just frags but in communication, coordination, and behavior
-You will be cut if you're being obnoxious, and not able to get anything through your thick skull.
-Don't stress over too much if you are doing really bad. We can still grow as a team so don't worry too much, and just try your very best. You can literally get under 200 dpm and still get in if you are motivated to be the best, and trying to communicate with your team and following our team plays.
