"5 reasons to join the Sun city". 1. stable base in game 2. help from other citizens 3.store 4. free starting stuff 5. cooperative raids

1. Citizenship - 250 mf (to buy into city and get an apartment)
2. Build permission - 500 mf (for 1 housing pack 4 pillars 3walls 1 ceiling 1 doorway 1 metal door)
3. additional foundations 100mf followed by 50 mf per item to build max 3x3 foundation
4. Level permission - 50 mf (max 3 high)
5. Prices in shop must be self-regulated according to demand.
All prices will fix at start but may change if the situation change (for example: if there is free spaces inside the city wall).

Key Points:
1) Citizenship to Sun city is 250 Metal Fragment pay to a Admin(you when get a apartment of your own)

2) Build permissions and cost:
1x1 footprint size = 250 as always (you get this at the start)

2x2 footprint size = 1st floor 350, 2nd floor 600, 3rd floor 800 - Mid range

3x3 footprint size = 1st 500, 2nd 850, 3rd 1200 - Large range

If a player wants to move straight into a 2x2 or 3x3 they still have to pay the 250 then the first floor price for the house.

All parts are in Metal you can buy these from the Store in the city, Ask a Admin to assist.

3) Prices in shop are self-regulated according to demand and may change at any time.

4) Basic Economy Mod is used:
All Player will start of with 1000$

Players earn money by killing , bears (default 200), wolves (120) and other players (25% of the victim"s money).
/money : shows your current balance
/price : list all prices
/buy "item" amount : buy and item (optional amount to buy more than 1 item)
/sell "item" amount to sell an item (amount optional) for money (default 10% of buy price)

Have Fun Items may added or removed.

If the cost is to high then join the city and use the Store. Or be on the outside and do what you can. And teamup with others to build, Also i have heard tales of a Wood City being built could this be to muster troops for a attack.

Pvp server with a friendly city. You can join and live in the city also build your house all for a small price of Metal Fragments. You will get the safety of the metal city and its other citizens. Also a small apartment to start you of.

Key reasons to join:
