each map under your control generates:
-capital maps 3 points on your turn (5) (on capitals defender gets 10 minutes to prepare defenses in that time attacker may only research and gather resources) (same map for each team)
-normal maps 1 point on your turn (1) (all of the rest)

nuclear weapons may be researched for 50 points and silos can be built for 20 points, and missiles can be built for 30 points
any team that researches nuclear weapons may build them. Any team may research them and if a team beats another to it the other teams can research the technology for 30 points. Nuclear weapons may be used to destroy any map except a capital permanently. If a territory containing a nuclear missile silo is captured the nuclear missile silo changes allegiance to the capturing faction though the capturer may only build nuclear missiles if it has researched nuclear weapons. Only one nuclear missile in a silo, and only 1 launch per turn.

Nuclear defenses can be researched for 30 points and silos can be built for 10 points, and defense missiles can be built for 20 points.
Nuke defenses are one use missiles that protect the territory the silo is at. You have to build a defense missile in the silo to defend that territory. These are captured when an enemy takes over the map they are on. You may only build defense missiles if you have nuke defense researched though.

Trades you can have
-you may trade points, maps, technology, or a combination of those for other nations stuff.
-you may buy or sell your research of nuclear weapons or defenses to other nations also (it does not take it away for your inventory)
-you may also create alliances for free, or for tradable items.
-alliances allow you to pass through allied maps and work together with members of that team in battles.
