Of the games listed, my top 5 were 5) Solace, 4) Treasure Adventure Game, 3) Dreamball 64, 2) Deity, and 1) Void.

Terra: The Legend of the Geochine is a free game that uses Valve's Source engine. It's a student project from some guys at the DigiPen Institute. I just finished playing through the game, and though it is short, I was really impressed with it. It's like a bizarre love triangle between hack n' slash, pinball, and Marble Madness. Oh, and the graphics are gorgeous. Check it out:
